Our Commitment to our Patients
Our patients are the most important part of our practice. This cancelation policy is put in place for our patients. Our appointments are reserved just for you. Related to this, we want you to understand that it is also a potential appointment for another patient who may have wanted that particular time. As a courtesy to our patients and providers we ask that you give us a 24 hour notice of any change in appointment.
Scheduling Appointments
A valid credit card or promotional code is required to hold all appointments.

Late Cancellation / No-Shows
A fee of $50 will be automatically charged for late-cancelation, late-rescheduling, and no-show.
Our office requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appt time, or a no-show, you will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.
If paying with a voucher, the voucher will be redeemed and forfeited. Any no-shows/late cancellations related to service packages are subject to the forfeit of that scheduled treatment.
If you miss a membership credit appointment, the membership credit will be deducted.
Customers who are using a Groupon and/or other similar promotions, who miss their appointment by default of a no-show/no-call will have their Groupon/Promo coupon redeemed cancellation policy.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes past the originally scheduled time, we may require you to reschedule to avoid impacting other clients’ appointments. Your credit card will be charged the $50 cancelation fee.
Payments & Gratuity
The clinic accepts Cash(We do not carry change.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Cherry, Vagaro Pay, and Care Credit as payment. Care Credit cannot be used for sale or discounted services.
Groupon / Living Social
Groupon and Living Social vouchers are limited to one per client per lifetime, NEW CLIENTS ONLY. Vouchers have treatment areas listed and are not valid for any other areas. Groupon services cannot be banked for future use. Vouchers cannot be used to correct another injector’s work. If you are dissatisfied with another clinic’s treatment, we can help correct it but this cannot be done with a discounted voucher.
Special Conditions
Please notify our receptionist before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, are pregnant, or have any allergies to lidocaine.
Prices Subject to Change
We are constantly updating and expanding our services and strive to keep our website and menu prices updated. Please be advised that prices and services are subject to change.
Service Refunds
All Services and Packages are valid one year after purchase. We will be happy to fully refund you on most service packages from the clinic within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days we are unable to give any refunds, however you may transfer your service package to any family member or friend at your request. All purchased packages have an expiration date of one year unless otherwise stated.
Product Refunds
Cedar Grove Aesthetics agrees to refund 100% back to the client only upon compliance with the following regulations: (a) An original receipt must be submitted along with returned products; (b) The product must be returned in person within 10 business days of purchasing; (c) If product is open the refund will be in the form of credit applied to your account with us to use on any other product or service we provide. If the product is unopened the refund will be given in the form the purchase was made; (d) Product/s must be in original packaging, and not have significant visual damages or usage; (e) All or any products sold at a sale or discounted price are marked as final sale.
